Those are called Amanita muscaria and they are poisonous. I try to not even step on them. Although there are many mushrooms in the wild to eat, It's best to stick with the ones in the store. My Grandpa used to go through the woods eating all kinds of junk, but he learned from his father what was what. Too risky for me!
